  6.    Example (Voice, BBS Call, anything you feel is verification)

  8. 2) Enter into the nodelist. NOTE: Please send some kind of notice
  9.    to me, the ZC, Daniel Lorber@914:200/0, upon recieval I will
  10.    let you know that I recieved it.

  12. 3) After the applicant has been approved, make a message, (see below)
  13.    and send it to the applicant.
